What is the difference between my business's Rating (e.g., A+, B+) and a Subscription Tier (Bronze, Silver, Gold)?

Your Rating is an earned, objective score based on five key factors (certifications, experience, reputation, etc.). It determines your status (e.g., “Elite Professional”). Your Subscription Tier (Bronze, Silver, or Gold) is what you pay for to determine your visibility, profile features, and marketing support in our directory. You keep your earned rating regardless of which subscription tier you choose.

Absolutely not. Your Rating is purely determined by our impartial, third-party verification system and cannot be purchased or influenced by your subscription tier. The Gold Tier provides the highest level of visibility and marketing tools, not an enhanced quality score. Our core principle is that the Rating is earned, and the Tier is chosen for exposure.

No. Your Rating remains the same as long as your business maintains the standards required during the re-verification process. Upgrading to Gold or downgrading to Bronze will only affect the features, profile enhancements, and placement in the directory; it will not change your objective A+, B+, or A Rating.
